GETTING TO THE VILLAS DE CERRITOS
& CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
San Jose del Cabo is the nearest airport to Cerritos.
CAR RENTAL
Having a car is almost a necessity around Cerritos. I recommend Cactus (cactuscar.com) and making a reservation before you arrive. I have also been told AMC Venture is also another great choice.
*To save yourself money on insurance upon arrival, book and pay with a credit card that covers you for collision insurance. Contact your c/c company beforehand to confirm they will cover that part of the insurance in Mexico and have them send you the waiver to show to Cactus if they ask for proof of coverage.
DRIVING OPTIONS
From the airport, you have the choice to take the new toll road (which bypasses San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas). If you want to stock up on supplies, you may choose to head into Cabo, where you’ll find Walmart and Costco (just before Cabo) and several other large grocery stores, including La Comer (on the left-hand side of the highway and Soriana on the right) as you leave Cabo. We do have many great smaller shops in Pescadero and Todos Santos as well.
The drive from the airport is a safe four lane highway and takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes on the toll road (and a little longer through Cabo). It’s a beautiful drive along the Pacific Ocean.
TOLL ROAD
From the Los Cabos airport, take the toll road (to your left as you exit). Follow the road towards Todos Santos and HWY 19. There are exits for San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. The toll road ends on HWY 19 - bare to the right and head north for about 45 minutes.
THROUGH CABO
Alternatively, if you’d like to go into Cabo, from the toll road (to your left as you exit the airport), follow the signs for San Jose del Cabo. Once you are almost in Cabo, you’ll see Costco and then Walmart on your right. Once past Walmart, look for the intersection with the bullfighting ring on your right and a directional sign to Todos Santos. Stay in the right lane as you drive around a long curve and turn right at the 2nd traffic signal (there is another Todos Santos sign here). You will see a large yellow building across the street and to your right called the Golden Palace. Turn right here. (You will see La Comer on your right and then Soriana on your right). Follow this road for another 45 minutes or so.
DIRECTIONS FROM NORTH (LA PAZ OR TODOS SANTOS)
Head South on the new four lane Highway 19. Turn right on to a dirt road marked by Cerritos Beach signs (also look for the Coldwell Banker sign) just before KM65.
VILLAS DE CERRITOS DIRECTIONS

The Villas is located off Highway 19, just south of El Pescadero. Watch the highway KM markers – we are a dirt road on your left just past KM65. You will see a Cerritos Beach sign as well as a Coldwell Banker sign.
Follow the dirt road towards the ocean. You will see power lines on your right hand side. About 2 KM down, the power lines go off to the right and you will keep on the main road to the left. Look for a low stone sign (on your right) that says “Villas de Cerritos Beach”. There is usually a small sandwich board that says Napoli Pizza as well. Turn right here and follow along the rock wall. Turn right at the end of the wall into the complex. You’ll see the reception ahead on your right.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is at 4:00 P.M.
*However, if the place is ready early, we are happy to accommodate an earlier checkin. Please check with us in advance (cerritosvacation@gmail.com).

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Upon arrival at the Villas, please park in the main parking lot and head to the reception. It will most likely be Miguel at the front desk (who speaks fluent English). He will give you the keys to the house and show you in.
PARKING
The closest parking is located at the entrance to our phase. There are no designated stalls.
